The water is pumped to the fall's burbling fountain by a 1200 gph pump at the bottom of the large pond. Water falls down three drops. The final fall drops into a preformed 100 gal. pond. The rocks of the falls are basalt with some quartz veining and Pumace.  As with the entire water garden area, moss is used freely. There are a number of hidden places in the falls area. As one inspects the area closely, small treats for the eyes are revealed.
