People ask if I've been riding long.  Well, I hadn't ridden for a long time when I bought the Intruder a few years ago.  But I've ridden since I was legal.  A bike I bought on Okinawa in 1962 (a Honda Dream).  It was so exhilirating to ride the winding narrow roads of the island.  Villiagers would get quite rightfully angry at us for racing through on the road.  I had to sell it because the U.S. embassy that I was "being transferred to" didn't allow motorcycles.  So I bought a Vespa GS200.
